Mike is the definition of a straight shooter. He is very open and honest, and will tell you what you need to hear instead of just what you want to hear.

You will quickly notice that Mike's goal is to build a long-term relationship with his clients, and not just to earn a quick commission like many agents do. I know, I've dealt with a lot of them.

I am in the real estate business myself, and I like to seek Mike's advice prior to making a decision on a property. If you haven't guessed, I buy and sell properties for a living. LOL I'm one of those guys flipping condos for a small but nicely buffered profit.

Mike has given me excellent advice on neighborhoods like streeterville, bucktown and lincoln park. Those are some of the neighborhoods that are further north that I'm used to working in (South Loop). His advice has been sound for the past few years that I've known him. Great positive attitude, BTW - even after the economic crash. That's the advantage of having someone as experienced as Mike Tootelian. He's been through the good times and the bad times and has come out clean on the other side.
