I received Mike Tootelian's name from a friend and contacted him about buying a condominium in Bucktown. I had good credit, but not a whole lot for a down payment. Mike was great about presenting all the different options to me. I did listen to him and took his advice and after about 4 months was able to get the down payment needed for my condo.

I've been in the mortgage business for 5 years and to be honest didn't really have a very good opinion of real estate agents until we worked together. I thought I could sell my property myself, but after 4 months of little to no activity, you asked if you could help.
Although I was reluctant, I thought it couldn't hurt to let you have a go at it.
